All Policies for A-List Treatment and Massage

  • Deposit

    • 50% of massage price required as deposit to reserve spot. 
    • Deposit is not refundable, but is deducted from the massage price.
    • Cancel within at least 24 hours to be eligible to reschedule.
    • Failure to cancel within at least 24 hours will result in no refund and full payment needed to schedule future massage.
    • Late arrival within 15 minutes will result in your session being shorter. 
    • Late arrival beyond 15 minutes will result in you needing to reschedule with full payment of massage price and no refund of missed session deposit.
    • A no-show will result in no refund and payment of full passage price in order to book future massage. 
    • For any of these instances above the client may change the session type to accommodate (time for example.)
    • I will not travel in inclement weather for a massage, but I will reschedule if that does happen.
    • Travel fee of $20 (within ATX) is not applicable to discounts
    • Travel fee of $50 (outside of ATX) is not applicable to discounts

  • Prep For Your Massage

    • Taking a refreshing warm shower prior to your arrival helps loosen the muscle and areas of tightness making your massage that much more enjoyable.

  • Illness Policy

    • Please let me know if you begin to feel ill or are recovering from an illness. This includes any common signs and symptoms. 
    • If you are recovering from an illness, I do ask that you are symptom and fever free for at least 48 hours prior to your massage.
    • Please notify me as soon as you begin to experience symptoms to avoid any negative repercussions included in the cancellation/no-show policy.
